What is a whole top sirloin??
My grocery store has whole top sirloin a for 2.99 a pound this week. Is this like sirloin steaks but just whole and not cut into steaks?
I was thinking if that's what it is I can buy one or two and ice them into steaks right? |

Be prepared though, it's a pretty big hunk of meat! Sirloin is one of the tastiest cuts that can still be steaks (rather than needing long slow cooking) IMHO.

You can also ask for the size you want in pounds. They will cut what ever you want. Then package them in how many you will cook at a time.
I'm sorry, not if it says whole in the bag. Last edited by rosethorns; 10-17-2012 at 06:40 PM.. |
