Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Bread mix

I have heard some pretty good things about this mix, and wondered if any of you have tried it and what do you think. I want to bake it and then hopefully use it in stiffing for turkey day. Appreciate your responses.

I like it. It makes a "whole grain" type bread (in a good way!). Not like a white sandwich bread. Hearty and good flavor.

In one slice of bread. Then decide if you want to use the mix.

Most all of this brand of foods is good quality.

I stopped by Big Lots today and noticed they had an entire end of aisle display of Bob's Red Mill items at greatly reduced prices,
