I use volumes 1and 2 a lot; can't wait for volume 3. When we get through volume 4 we can probably recycle all or at least half of our other cookbooks ladies and gents!

Just kidding, of course; we're all foodies and love looking at all sorts of cookbooks I'm sure, I know I do, but what a wonderful variety of recipes we are gathering in this series of Jen and friends cookbooks. Thank you, Jennifer, you're the best!!

The Vietnamese caramelized pork is now one of our go to recipes, using zsweet and fish sauce to taste. Put it over shirataki noodles and dh devoured it (tried the cabbage noodles, I loved them, dh hates cabbage

)

LOL Tweaker! That's a BIG compliment, but there is room for everyone.

Most of us like collecting cookbooks.

I think we could have a couple of surprises up our sleeve for another special cookbook interspersed between the volumes we now have scheduled. For the next cookbook, we hope to have most of the authors in it and organized by category, rather than by author.

I made Kyndra Holley's Chive-Horseradish Cauliflower Mash tonight for dinner and boy is it good! I really like horseradish and the flavor in this dish is excellent IMO. Has anyone else tried this recipe? If not, you should!
