I didn't think anyone could convert me from my just mayo deviled eggs, but that sounds good. I will have to try these.

I put in:
mayo
sugar free sweet pickle relish or just a little bit of the juice
prepared mustard
salt and pepper
sprinkle of paprika on top to make them pretty

I found that I don't get lumpy yolks if I use enough mayo and use a potato masher, then beat the yolk mixture vigorously with a fork.

I just use an old potato masher of my mother's, gets them nice and smooth!

Someones already mentioned bacon and cheddar, thats next on my Deviled Egg To Do List.

When I make deviled eggs, I split the eggs and put the yolks in a ziplock bag. Seal the bag, and massage it a bit to break up the yolks. Add your ingredients, massage some more. When you're done, snip a corner of the bag with scissors and *pipe* into the reserved egg whites. Very smooth..mess free deviled eggs.
