It's simular to that one but I used 1 egg, and parm cheese instead of chedder and 3 eggs. I'm bookmarking hers though cause it would probably be less carbs. Thanks for the link!!

sure. It's 1/4 cup of shredded Parmasan cheese, 1 cup Mozzerala cheese, 4 oz of cream cheese (softened) 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder. I used garlic salt since I didnt have the powder. mix together well then Bake 350' until brown in a glass casserole pan but I used a cookie sheet. It said to cool in the freezer for about an hour. Then top with your fav stuff. I guesstimated about 8 carbs for the crust. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out!

How do you make your sauce? Ok Ya'll it is Awesome! tastes like Pizza! Crust isn't crispy but man its Good! I used the pizza sauce that came with the pizza kit but watered it down a bit. I estimated the sauce about 4 carbs. YUM!!

It made about a 1/2 a cookie sheet, maybe a bit less. But it was plenty for me. I gave my kids a piece and they Loved it!

What a coincidence! I made something VERY similar for dinner:

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan

Beat with a hand mixer until smooth, spread into a lightly greased 9x9 glass pan. Cook at 325 for 35-40 minutes.

Then I topped it with:
pepperoni
bacon
cheddar
mozarella
black olives(diced)

Put it back into the oven for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted.

It was DIVINE! Great minds think (and cook) alike!!!

For just 1 piece of the pizza crust I got:
cals: 289kcal | fat: 25.83g | carbs: 2.21g | prot: 12.23g
Whatever you add on top will also add to the nutritional info.
(I cut it into 4 portions)

I've been making cheese crust pizza for years and have served it to people who didn't know it wasn't a "real" crust. The secret is spreading it as thin as possible. I use the recipe that calls for three cups of pizza cheese, three eggs, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. I have a large 16 inch pizza pan I spread this out on. Bake it for 7 or 8 minutes at 400 degrees, add favorite toppings and bake it until everything is done--usually about another 7 or 8 minutes. It is wonderful!

hmm, maybe I'll have to try this. I generally just melt cheese on a plate, top w. sauce and pepperoni and eat with a fork.

We love NancyElle's Thin & Crispy pizza crust - it's so good and so easy. I like Trader Joe's 3 cheese marinara sauce for the saucing part, then top with whatever you like - we like browned crumbled sausage, pepperoni, salami, sliced black olives, minced onion, finely chopped red pepper, sliced mushrooms, and some more cheese!
