Homemade ranch dressing recipe? =)
Hey everyone I'm back, just wondering if any of you have a home made ranch dressing recipe, I love the ranch at cheese cake factory (even at Denny's) =p any advice would be great!! thanks everyone

This makes a small batch:
RANCH-STYLE SALAD DRESSING 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1 teaspoon white vinegar 2 drops Tabasco 1/8 teaspoon granular Splenda 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon celery salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon dill 1/2 teaspoon chives 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced Mix all of the ingredients and chill well before serving. Makes about 7 tablespoons Per Tablespoon: 76 Calories; 8g Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carb Per 2 Tablespoons: 178 Calories; 19g Fat; 1g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs |

I've tripled it now , makes it easier for low carbers. |

Here's my favorite:
Just like Hidden Valley Ranch from scratch! HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH from scratch Ingredients 1 cup mayo 1 cup buttermilk 2/3 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (less if regular) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder dash ground thyme, or a pinch of the dried herb Preparation Combine all and mix well. Chill. Makes 2 cups, or 16 two tbls. servings. Made with 2% buttermilk and Bestfoods mayo, 2 tbls has 100 cals, 10.31 fat, .93 carb, and .65g protein. |

This is the Barefoot Contessa's - I just made it last week and it's really, really good. I added extra basil and it's almost like a green goddess. |
