Egg Cream Shake help

I'm thinking of doing an egg cream shake diet, with 2 shakes a day.

What do you put in yours, and is it induction friendly?

I have always used a generous amount of warm coffee, 2 eggs, coconut oil, a little splenda or stevia, and sometimes HWC but you don't need it. I ate this for breakfast yesterday and it is soooo good and filling! I used chocolate davinci's to sweeten, but I'm looking to cut out AS so I bet it'd be good without sweetener this way. I'll have to try it unsweetened.

Do use the whole egg, or just the yolk or white?

When I did it before, I used 2 eggs (whole), heavy cream and pumpkin. Ummm!!

I use two whole eggs. Sometimes I'll use three if it's close to lunchtime and I don't feel like eating.
the addition of pumpkin sounds delicious!
I use coffee because I miss lattes and things of that nature, and the egg gives it that richness.

Here's one of my favorites...
3 whole eggs
1/2 - 1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 packet diet swiss miss hot chocolate mix
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Heavy Whipping Cream and/or Coconut Oil

Blend with ice and enjoy!

Reminds me of a mocha frappe

I just made one-
I used 1/2 cup egg beaters
a scoop of pumpkin
a dash of HWC
1/4 cup Almond milk
Pumpkin pie spice

It was OK...not very filling. I think I need to have these for my evening meal, because I work out around 5:30, and I'm usually not very hungry.
