Joseph's or Mama Lupes (both available from Netrition) are both very good.

My favorite are Carb Choppers 4 carbs per tortilla. Taste just like regular. I have to oder them, but those who are in NM can get them at the store.

LaTortilla Factory has some pretty LC tortillas (3, 4, 6 carbs). Google them, they're all over the US.

I made a pretty decent one yesterday! I'm repeating it and tweaking it today when I get back from walking. If it works, I will share it with you. It's pretty good!

If you have a Costco membership, they carry the La Tortilla Factory ones. I love those, though I don't eat them a whole lot (trying to go as wheat-free as possible as a test). Still, they taste awesome.

I agree La Tortilla Factory, but be sure to get the low carb ones! they make regular flour tortillas too. and most will want the small ones, as the large ones are 8 grams net carbs, if my memory serves me. I haven't looked at the big ones in years. The small ones are net 3 grams, and a good size for most applications.

I find they are pretty bad cold. I think the people who trash them are probably eating them cold. warming in the microwave, in a paper towel, for just 15 sec or so makes all the difference in the world to flavor and texture!

I've been using Flatouts Whole Grain w/ Flax. They are 100 cals per tortilla w/ 9g of carb and 9g of protein. I'm doing moderate lc though on JUDDD. I have used these to make tuna wraps and lc pizzas and love them so far!

I've tried every brand mentioned here and a few more, and these are my favorites. They are especially good when used for fish tacos (spray with cooking spray and toast on the griddle for a few seconds per side) or for baked chimichangas (again spray with cooking spray right before baking. That will ensure the crispy outside)

How do you cook your fish for the taco's?

I posted the flour tortilla recipe that is very easy and the tortillas are 0.8g of net carbs and 70cals for a 5" tortilla.

Just click on any of the images below in order to enlarge them.
