Uses for protein powder other than shakes?

Now that I've tried Jay Robb whey protein powder and love it, what else can I use it for besides shakes? I had been avoiding buying some because I thought I might be allergic to it, but happily that is not the case.

You can use it as one of your flours in cookies, pancakes, muffins and cakes. Also useful in protein bars. Just do a search for protein powder, and you will find oodles of recipes.

You can make many different bake mixes using it.

I make a candy type concoction with whey protein powder. I melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 square of unsweetened baking chocolate. To that I add some HWC. Then I add some Davincis sugar free syrup ( raspberry, cherry, B52, kahlua, chocolate are some that work well). Then I add sweetner, Splenda and powdered Erythritol. I have no exact measurements. I use the dump and taste method. Just keep adding sweetner until it tastes sweet enough. If you'd like chopped nuts in it, add them at this stage. Then I add the whey protein powder, enoughto get a taffy like consistency. At this point I put on some rubber or vinyl gloves (it gets really sticky) and knead it with my hands until it is a taffy like texture. Then I roll it into meatball sized balls and then roll them in powdered erythritol. Put in a covered container and refrigerate. You can't mess this up. If you find that you've added too much protein powder and its too hard to work with, add a little more Davincis. One or two of these really satisfies my chocolate cravings.
