I add it in my protein shakes. I have heard of others using it in yogurt.

I've tried it in plain yogurt and liked it a lot. Last night I added it to some fat bombs and that was a hit too! Maybe I'll try it in ice cream next. ummm

I have mixed it with whip cream for a quick dessert. That's my favorite way to eat it. You can freeze it and have a cold creamy snack.
