Did you try them? If so, I hope you like them as much as we did. They've been a really popular item!

I know the caulitots with chili and cheese sauce keep me from darkening Sonic's doorsteps. lol

Well I never tried these but now I am. They look lovely Cleo.

I make her cauliflower lasanga which is a staple .

I am so glad you like that one, rose! I tried making a lasagna with zucchini as noodles, and while it is tremendous, it held way too much liquid. The cauliflower noodles are my favorite, too!

The big drawback to the tots is how warm they are when you're hand molding. Sometimes it's a real ouch moment.
