Baked "Potatoes"?

Hi,
does anyone know how many carbs are in just the skins of a potato?
i love baked potatoes, so, my idea is to bake a potato and scoop out the insides. (make something with that for someone who's not eating low carb)
steam some cauliflower and chop it up... put it inside the potato skin, and top with your normal bp toppings... bacon bits, cheese, chives and sour cream... yum! doesn't that sound like a great low carb baked potato?
