Substitute for Latte, Espresso, or any thick coffee drink?

I used to have a habit of having a vanilla latte from the convenience store every day. There weren't any nutrition facts, but I'm guessing that at the normal big size they had, it was at least a few hundred calories and probably near 100 carbs or so.

What are some good alternatives/substitutes for a vanilla Latte or even hot chocolate? I'd rather a 'thick', warm drink rather than something thin like coffee. I wouldn't mind taking a look at some thick-type iced coffee beverages either.

I use this to get a nice thick espresso type coffee, quik and easy. Got it at target for 10$. I then froth up some almond milk and add some Sf vanilla syrup. Yum. I want one now!!

For a cold "frappucino"-type drink, here's what I do:

In a blender, put 1 or 2 shots of espresso, cooled, (or in a pinch, I'll use one packet Starbucks Via Italian Roast instant coffee), 7-8 oz. unsweetened Trader Joes Coconut Milk Beverage (almond milk or some other LC milk will do), a shot of heavy cream, 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder, and a couple of ice cubes. Blend until smooth. You can add 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum for a thicker mouthfeel, too. If you want it sweeter, add some Stevia or your sweetener of choice.

This is my mid-afternoon snack - it keeps me full till 6-7pm!

I've been drinking sugar-free hot chocolate (Swiss Miss Sensible Diet, I think it's called) as a way to get around my gas station cappuccino addiction. At first I would add some dry unflavored/unsweetened creamer powder or sugar-free liquid Coffeemate, but have since cut back to just plain mostly when I do have it. It's tough to break that habit, at least it has been for me. I imagine it's sort of like a cigarette smoker thinking that they should have a cigarette when they are in a bar. I still look at the coffee/cappuccino station when I go in to gas up... But it has gotten easier to resist.
