I have absolutely no clue how to post pictures. Sorry about that, because I have a few left over in my frig. I can describe them, about 8" in diameter, tan like a tortilla and flat. It is even speckled like a store bought one. I added some onion and garlic powder, oh and some green can Parmesan. They held up to wrapping chuncks of chicken, too.
I put in a request to 'contact us' and maybe once someone answers me I can post a picture. Won't be as pretty as most of them here, but I can try. |

Sure Tilly .
How to post pics. I do this all the time from this site. Hit reply. when you get to the page look up , just below the title line see a smiley face , next to it is a paper clip. Click on the paper clip , then a management page will come up. Click on browse go to your file of pictures then click on the one you want and click open, you will have it then. You can do up to 3 pics. Now click on upload and this can take a couple of minutes. Now go to the paper clip again and click , you can do 1 at a time or insert all. When you insert them put above it CLICK TO ENLARGE . nOW ON THE MANAGEMENT PAGE IT WILL SAY REMOVE CLICK THAT AND IT WILL TAKE THEM OFF WHEN YOU ARE DONE INSERTING THEM.Forgot I still had caps. When you upload don't take the manage attachment page off, leave it on at the bottom of your tool bar until you upload the pic. Now hit the paper clip for your picture. Mine I just did was cordon blue and bake zucchini, when you click the paper clip there will be a little box that says your title of your pic now click on it where you are going to put the pic. When you have done all that, bring the manage attachment page back up and click the remove button and then exit the manage page and you are done. You don't see the pic until you submit your reply. If you still don't understand just holler. If you do them from here and click on the little picture it will come up large on another page. I hope that helps more. Tilly if you still can't get it just holler. ![]()

Tilly, if you use a picture hosting site, you can just upload your pics to that site, then copy the image URL and paste it here. I use PictureTrail but I know there are lots of them - Picasa, Photobucket, and plenty more.
When you copy and paste the URL into your post here, it shows up at a good size already. Sometimes TOO big! ![]() |

Yes you can do that and it will make them bigger. But how many times you go to a recipe and the pics are no longer here?
If you do them from LCF , they stay here and are not deleted. |

OK...still having a "dense" moment.
Are y'all using psyllium husk POWDER - OR - WHOLE psyllium husks??? Netrition stocks both... Last edited by RVcook; 09-09-2012 at 06:43 AM.. |

I tried making one large one, 2 egg whites, 1/2 TB water and 1 TB psyllium. Spread into an 8 inch circle. had a problem with it sticking, I need a new pan.
I cut it in half to use as noodles for lasagna. It worked great. I could only eat half of it, along with a small salad. |
