Individual Lemon Cake or Muffin
I'm trying to work up individual cake recipes because I like not having a bunch leftover to tempt me. I have an individual pumpkin, apple, chocolate, vanilla and angel food already on my site. Here's my Individual Lemon (or Orange) Cake. Hubby gave it a thumbs up this morning. I only tasted his, but like it, too. It sounds like it would be real sweet, but it really wasn't.

It so pleases me to learn folks like my recipes Esther. I've been off line working on a flickering monitor problem all day long. Otherwise I'd have seen this post and I'd have posted the direct link to the angel food recipe for you. But I see you found it OK.
