You just have to ask the deli clerk to allow you to see the label. Or, there are several sliced hams in the meat section that are ideal for sandwiches. Morrel and Cure 81 are good. But, any that have the words honey, maple, glazed, etc. are typically problematic for low carbers. Hickory smoked or smoked is usually your best bet from the deli, if you can't see the label. Also, Kroger deli counter has nutrition facts booklets on top of their deli counter so you can look for yourself before engaging the clerk.

Thanks. I shop at BiLo, so I'll have to check their website to see if nutrition facts are available. If not, I'll call to see if they have it at the counter.

Land O Frost smoked ham is good sliced ham in a package at WM. My favorrite is Black forest ham that I get at cash and carry and slice it myself. It's the best.
