I used to for about my first year of LC'ing. I would even cook with it and everything. Things got bitter, this nasty taste for it developed, especially after using Torani syrups so much (made with splenda). I finally ordered EZ Sweetz from netrition (liquid splenda) and it's so much better.
If you can, order a bottle and I swear you won't regret it. If you can't, liquid S&L will work in a pinch, but it gets funky, plus all of the bad reports about it kind of stick in my mind. They don't deture me from using it if I have to, but if given the choice, I rather use splenda now. |

I've always used powdered Sweet 'n Low in my iced tea, but switched to the liquid a few years ago to save carbs. No fillers=no carbs.

Liquid sucralose is way different from powdered splenda. There are fillers in powdered splenda ( allergic to ) and not in syrups or liquid. I have used S&L in the past but I know better now.
