Iced coffee

So I have been dying for a iced/frozen coffee so I decided to try and make one today - I took: instant coffee, heavy cream, walden farms zero calorie, zero carb Chocolate and Caramel syrup, blended it with some water and ice topped with some readi whip and it was AMAZING. It satisfied my craving for Starbucks! Yummy - 220 calories, 1 carb for the readi whip.

Where do you get the Walden Farms chocolate and caramel syrup?

That sounds so good. During the summer, I would always get cravings for Dunkin Donuts Coolattas - still do, but I think it's as much a seasonal food trigger as as a real craving. Like how you you don't really think about hot apple cider 'til the fall, or a gazillion sprinkled cookies 'til Christmas, etc.

Anyway, I'm going to try this w/some vanilla SF Torani syrup for my Coolatta fix and maybe try it w/carmel syrup for my Starbuck's Caramel Frappucino stand-in. Thanks for the idea!

In the winter, I make 3-4 cups of coffee in the coffee maker in the morning, and drink most of it (half decaf/half regular mix).

In the summer, I make a full pot. I drink my morning cup hot, then ice the rest with stevia and hwc.

YUM

I make pots of coffee throughout the day. After it's done brewing I make me a cup of hot, black coffee and shut it off to cool. After it's cool I put it in a gallon jug. Repeat until my jug is full and chill.

I usually use a tsp of hwc, some sf vanilla torani, ice and coffee.

I got the Walden Farms at Fry's (Kroger in some area's). It was on the baking isle of the grocery store. They also have zero calorie, zero carb - bbq sauce (yummy) and dressings (pretty good). I had another drink this morning - and I feel so happy and satisfied!

Not trying to rain on your parade but keep in mind that HWC does have carbs - about 6 per cup. So depending on how much of it you're using, the carbs can add up!

Otherwise that sounds great. LOVE me some iced coffee drinks!

I put 1/4 cup in my blender - so darn that is 2 carbs! Looks like I am going to try and make it with water and hold the cream!

I usually add cold coconut milk (I use the So Delicious Brand) and a few drops of EZ Sweet in mine.
