need ideas for a ladies luncheon
I was invited to a ladies luncheon that will be potluck style. I need to be able to serve about 20 ladies....I can either bring a salad, entree or appetizer. Any ideas??? I don't mind using flat out wraps either or just plain ole lc....thanks!

Hot wings. Meatballs/sauce. Ginormous salad full of everything good - sliced salami, ham, chicken, chopped HB eggs, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, green onion, black olive slices... and a variety of dressings to top it with.

Wings are good. Or boneless wings. Less mess!

Low carb grilled chicken wraps cut in to pinwheels. You could make these mexican style, some italian style and some sandwich style. These allways look good and a bit upscale for an appetizer or can be used as a light entree.

I always bring a classic, simple Cesar salad to potlocks. Chopped romain lettuce, shredded parmesan and Marie's Cesar dressing (it's addictive), and croutons on the side. There's never any left.

THIS!! Love those little pinwheeles and you could do a few different kinds of wraps so there would be a variety on the platter

WE take deviled eggs to everything that is potluck. Church, Baseball BBQ, whatever. They are always eaten and no one brings them. They are cheap to make, but people are so lazy now a days, they don't want to take the time to make them. No matter where we take them, they are always picked at and gone before even the dessert stuff is touched!
But if you are looking to take something that YOU can utilize as your meal take your favorite LC dish! |

I take frittas to luncheons. And veggie or relish trays w/ pickles, many different olives, chow chow, fruit. I take fruit pizzas too. Oh yeah Bannana split cake.

I made pimento and cheese last weekend and made sandwiches and also took a bowl filled with it and lc crackers for me. I I took this to a bridal shower I helped give. It was a hit and I took empty platters home. But the premium ladies' luncheon food to me is chicken salad.
