Pimento cheese
My Aunt made this the other day and it was amazing! I dont even like pimento cheese but this stuff was da bomb... I wanna make it but wonder if there are any tweeks I need to do?
![]() 6 ozs cream cheese 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese grated 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated 1 cup monterey jack cheese grated 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 4 ozs pimentos chopped 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 dash hot sauce (we like Texas Pete) - or more if you like it spicier fresh ground pepper to taste I blended mine in the food processor but a hand mixer will work Cover and refrigerate for about an hour - YUM!!! Thanks! |

This is very close to mine-mine has no vinegar or onion-garlic p. but has 2 T grated onion. Looking at this and knowing how good mine is, I'd guess this will be awesome. I use Paula Deen's recipe.
