Low-carb super-cheap no-boil "fettuccine/linguine"! or crispy noodles

Hi, this is hardly a recipe but a suggestion that I haven't seen on the boards...

-Take a low-carb tortilla or flatbread (like Joseph's lavash)
-Cut into very thin strips
(easier to cut if you roll it up; microwave for about 10 seconds so it won't crack)

-And there you go! add butter, olive oil, sauce, cheese, etc!

It's not exactly the same texture of pasta, but it's very satisfying & cheap.

You can make shorter strips & fry them up for a crispy texture.
