Recipe review....
I made this:
Spicy Dr. Pepper Shredded Pork | The Pioneer Woman Cooks | Ree Drummond on Saturday and was soooooo good and easy to make! I omitted the brown sugar and used diet dr. pepper with no ill effects. It was easily the best pork roast ever! I really wanted to share because sometimes when things get boring we need a little caliente spicy kick in the pants! It sure hit the spot with some sour cream, cheddar cheese, a tad of red onion and some fresh cilantro on top! I noticed it is super filling and the filling feeling LASTS! Great for tom weeks where you are starving all the time! Oh and prep time was 5 minutes and bake time was 8 hours and it came out amazing! |

I'm a little afraid of the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, but it looks so good I'm going to try it - probably with a half can of the peppers for my first try.
