WTH do I do with it? I've never had curry so I don't know what it taste like or if I will like it, or what to do with it. So, What do I do with it?

I have curry powder, but not orange curry powder. I think you use for Indian dishes.

mix it with some coconut oil or other fat in a pan, let it cook (not too high) for a minute or two, add in some shredded cabbage or other vegetable you like. stir fry till done, adding a LITTLE water and letting it evaporate if you need to.

This will give you a good idea what it tastes like when "bloomed" which is the improved spice taste from toasting the spices. you can also try it without cooking it first, but it's usually not nearly as good.

I think something simple like this will let you taste the spices without a lot of effort or a big expensive dish you feel compelled to either eat or waste if you don't like it.

it is also good sprinkled on chicken thighs along with salt before roasting.

have fun!

Thank you Raven, I've never had it so I'm a little nervous. I wasn't sure exactly how to use it, in the technical sense.

I like this recipe, I like to use swiss instead of cheddar cheese and I use cream of chicken and mushroom soup.

Curry Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

2-4 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 2x2 inch piece oil to fry with
1 large bunch of broccoli
1 can of Campbell's cream of broccoli and cheese soup
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1-1 1/2 cups graded cheddar cheese

Brown chicken pieces. Cut broccoli into serving sized pieces. Place broccoli in the bottom of a 9x9 - 9x12 inch pan. Cover with chicken. Next mix cream of broccoli and cheese soup with mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder to create a sauce. Poor sauce over broccoli and chicken. Next sprinkle cheese over the casserole.
Cover and bake at 350
