Mostly I do without. But I love an oopsie roll split or I use 2 for my bun on a special occasion.

Just wrapped in Green Leaf Lettuce. Maybe I've been lowcarbing too long, but I rather like it this way. Green Leaf Lettuce is a must though. My burgers tend to be nice and sloppy with so many other nommie things that I'm not missing bread. I top with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Good cheese, LC Ketchup and some kind of ranch sauce - jalapeno ranch or avocado ranch, might put some avocado in there too. Yum!

Sometimes Flatbread or LC tortillas or LC pita, lettuce is the main thing I use though.

Like most I usually do without but recently I tried golden flax bread (focaccia type) in the muffin top pans and they work great. I had a burger on one Sunday night.

I just received my order today, I can't wait to try the bagels.....The buns look delish too! I wish Netrition would carry these products....I heard they were made in New York, I believe that's where Netrition is. The bagels are HUGE!

I use romaine lettuce leaves or the OMM, baked in a small, flat, round dish for burgers.

Tastes, looks, and feels like a HC bun.

I don't eat hot dogs.

A fork or sometimes lettuce. Most of the time I just load it up with mustard, mayo, ketchup, cheese, red onion, and pickles and have at it. Food taste better when it gets all over your face. It's not a pretty site.

You have to toast them! I find they taste the BEST that way - nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I also bought their sliced bread and it was awesome - I had the yummiest Grilled Cheese.

Maybe not pretty, but it's the absolute best way, IMHO. Somehow, the messier, the tastier. LOL

We just put a split hot dog on a plate, stick a piece of cheese in the slit, add onions and low carb ketchup on mustard on top, nuke and eat. I like pickle relish on mine too.

Divabunny, are these not the best thing since sliced bread? lol!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them...I had a Portillo's cheeseburger today and could honestly not tell the difference between their bun and mine...I hope the carb count is right, they almost taste too good to be true... My bloodsugar did not soar, it was right where it was supposed to be after lunch. I'm sooo happy to have found these. Later this week I am going to try the bagels with lox! I think I will start a netrition wish list and request they carry this brand of bagels and breads.

I know right! I feel like such a dork for getting so excited but literally this one product has completely changed my diet! It's the one convenience food I really missed. I've been eating the bagels or the bread every day sometimes twice a day and I've still lost weight every day. I'm actually going to LA (for vacation not just for the bread) in about two weeks and I'm coming home with like 10 packages of bread products because I cannot be without them now.

Just a heads up if you slice the bagels they make awesome bagel chips I made some last weekend and ate it with some spinach dip.

Oh and Nature Hollow SF Jam + Trader Joes Valencia PB + CK Sliced Bread = Yum

I read somewhere that netrition cannot carry them because they are highly perishable?? don't know if that's still the case but I believe it is

Sorry to disappoint everyone but Netrition will not carry the Carb Krunchers products.

The Carb Krunchers bread products only have about a 5 day shelf life at room temperature, so they must be shipped frozen and/or Express delivery. Netrition does not specialize in products of that nature. Bread products that Netrition currently carries have a shelf life of approximately 3 weeks which allows for Ground shipping without spoilage.
