Vodka w club soda and Crystal Lite is very good. I've personally have broken my resolve about beer though. As long as I have just a few light beers unfortunately (I have been doing Miller Light) and it hasn't had an effect on my weight loss. That's w only a FEW mind you. But that's a ymmv thing. Otherwise the vodka is a good way to go. Just be careful bc it'll maybe hit you a lot faster, did me anyway. Have fun!

Raspberry vodka and SF cranberry juice (which I make, but you can buy it)
Espresso or coffee vodka and a diet cola (I like Hansen's, no caffeine and made with Splenda) Faux margarita - freeze a diet Mt. Dew flat in a ziploc til solid, then break it up into the blender, add the juice of 1 lime and a shot of tequila, blend til slushy. You can also add a little SF Torani orange syrup to give it that Triple Sec flavor. Sangria - use a bottle of red (Gallo Hearty Burgundy is a good one for this) and slice a lemon and a lime, throw those in, add a jigger or two of rum or brandy and a can of Hansen's Diet Pomegranate or Diet Tangerine Lime - taste and sweeten with Splenda if you want.

Red wine is the only alcohol allowed on sugar busters. I jazz it up in one of two ways. I make a low carb version of Tinto de verano using lemonade crystal light in soda water added to the wine or a calimocho by combining diet coke to the wine. They are both fabulous. Bit like sangria.

I decided on vodka, sf redbull and diet cranberry. Tasted wonderful and only had 1. Felt really tipsy and that was plenty for me.
