Best way to freeze cauliflower?

I got a good deal on cauliflower and just cooked it all up. I would like to freeze some for the future-cause it sure would be convenient to have a few cauliflower dishes all ready! I would like to freeze some in chunks to be served with butter or cheese sauce later, some very very finely chopped to use in cauliflower pizza crust and possibly some in the form of "fauxtatoes" already prepared with cream, butter and salt.

Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to freeze or in what form?

Usually when you freeze veggies, you blanch (put in boiling water 3-4 min), place in ice water til cooled, then place in freezer bags.

The shape of the cauliflower should not matter. I don't think I would freeze it with the cream added. I think it might seperate when you reheat it.
