Linda, that all sounds so good! It 's just me, so I didn't really cook. I did have breakfast at Cracker Barrel this morning, and took the famous english muffins to
go with my bacon and eggs. Delish! By the way, you look FANTASTIC!!! Carole |

2 glasses Veuve Clicquot champagne with a handful of fried peas for a snack; dinner was homesmoked baby back ribs with homemade BBQ sauce, sweet potato fries, and an artichoke with Asian dipping sauce.

Yum, ladies, sounds delish!
Cocktails were SF whiskey sours. For dinner I made chicken chimichangas with a green chile sauce, using the Mission LC tortillas, with refried black soy beans on the side. My DD's fiancé loves Mexican and he is trying to stick to LC, so this was a huge treat for him. My DH went to a local candy store and bought me a box SF chocolates, and a bag of SF chocolate covered nuts, so we each had a little for dessert. |

I enjoyed a dinner out at Buffalo Wild Wings. I had some naked chicken tenders dipped in ranch. I also had a very nice side salad with purple onion, tomato, cheese and ranch. I even lost 1.6 pounds over night.

My mom and I went out (my dad was out of town and my bf stayed home, we don't like V-day) to Jorges, a local Mexican place, I had a taco salad (minus the shell), with guac and sour cream.
