What is your favorite Kevinpa recipe?
 

He left us so many that it is hard to choose. For me it is his chocolate chip cookies and the cheese crackers. I am making them this weekend.

I am so sad that he is gone!:(

I love his chocolate chip cookies for my dh.

Amazing hash browns with delicata squash. That recipe is so good. He will be greatly missed. I have happy dances for all of his recipes. :kicking::kicking::kicking::kicking::kicking::kick ing::kicking:

I'm making hamburger buns tomorrow, using his Pita Bread Experiment recipe. So good! :)

I just found out he passed. :( I have been looking at all of his recipes and made a big order on netrition...in plans to make a few of them. I really will miss him... :cry::cry::cry:

We love his Chewy Pecan Cookies, the ones made with baking soda instead of baking powder. It was a misprint that resulted in crispy fragile cookies with the texture of lace cookies. DH loves them.

I have been missing him for quite awhile fearing he was ill again. I use his pita bread recipe to make a terrific pizza crust....................... Ann

Oh, and how can I forget the mint choc. chip ice cream and THE best pecan pie!

I really like his LC Zucchini Bread recipe to make biscottis.

Don't miss the stuffed meatloaf roll. I just discovered the recipe when I found out he passed away. So I made it as my own little personal honor to his memory. It was fabulous, of course, and I'll make it often - and think of him every time.

I miss, not really a recipe, but how he introduced me/us to the different types of winter/summer squash, I love Sweet Dumplings because of him! but most all how patient and kind he was to a "slow learner" when it came to cooking.

Well, I didn't know Kevin personally either but I think its safe to say that your Father is greatly missed here! The memorial sticky thread was made as sort of a healing and a way to keep his memory alive for us, as well as to show our appreciation for all the hard work and wonderful recipes he created for everyone. We all miss him and think of him often, I'm sorry for you and your families loss. It hit a lot of us very hard when we learned he passed.

I think we would all love to see pics of his granddaughter, he had her pic as his avatar so we know how precious she was to him.

my father was a wonderful, caring and intelligent man whom i will FOREVER love and never forget! I continue to see what a blessing he was to others as well myself, my husband and our daughter now live in his home (where i grew up)..i drive his car and not one single day goes past that he isnt thought of in some way days are bittersweet as id give anything to be able to just speak to him once more :( seeing all of you and hearing all of the things you have to say is yet another way for me to be closer to him thank you !

Awwww I'm happy that you get to see this forum and see how much we admired and appreciated him. I'm sure there are others that knew him better, I think I'd only been here maybe a year or two before he passed but just in that short time I grew fond of him and his amazing ability to create low carb recipes as well.

Again, thank you for sharing your pictures with us, just seeing them and hearing from you is very heart warming. :hugs:

Welcome, daughter of Kevinpa! I didn't get a chance to interact with your father very much and certainly not to thank him, but his recipes--ah those recipes--and his careful documentation and experimentation have helped me personally and so many others ohhh so much.

Anyway, you need anything at all, you let us know. . . . I think you can pretty much consider us to be your personal low carb google. . . :)

And your daughter, oh what a cutie she is!
