What is your favorite Kevinpa recipe? - Page 2

Catkan ...it was this DELICIOUS fish stew that he made from scratch OH MY GOODNESS how tastey it was ...it was a newer one so he may not have ever gotten to post it ...i know he used a fresh variety of hot peppers from my neighbors garden to put in . he had given me a container of it one day to take home after i "NARFED" down most of what he'd made and he said here this is for billy (my husband) well...needless to say billy never got a taste lol im going to have to sort through quite a few boxes and hopefully find it if he wrote it down

Has anyone gone recently to his sticky of recipes? His daughter posted a post thanking so many of us. I think we all should pop in to tell her how much we appreciate him and miss him. I did already

I don't remember the recipe, I hope you find it!

Really, it is so nice that you are here, it is like having a piece of Kevin come visit us! (Funny, it is my dad's birthday today, he is gone too.)

Hi, Kevin's daughter - Welcome!

We all loved Kevin, he was such a generous man with his recipes and his advice, he was always available to answer our questions. I still make many of his recipes, as a matter of fact, I have 2 three-ring binders with nothing but Kevin's recipes, all categorized by type and filed alphabetically. I was/am kind of obsessed with his recipes.

You and your daughter are both beautiful, no wonder Kevin was so proud! She certainly has grown and is sooo cute!

WELCOME Kevin's daughter! I use so many of your father's recipes every week. He was awesome. He always answered questions and was so helpful to all of us. He is greatly missed.

be remembered here. We all miss him. I hope that you will
come and stay here with us. He was the first to take cranberries,
sugar and dry them for baking. He also made a sugar free, low
carb Hoisin sauce. Things very valuable to our low carb way of life.
He helped many of us stay on program with his ingenuity.

I have a file folder on my computer called "Kevin's Recipes". He was certainly a treasure on this board. Like the others before me, thank you for the updated pic of your darling daughter and the one of yourself!

Hopefully, someone else can help you with the "fish Stew" recipe. I don't have anything like that in my files.
