Best "food" I have tasted yet!....Make This!
This is a pretty common recipe round here, and I came across it by accident. I used Louisiana hot sauce instead of Franks. It came out more like a dip....Put it over shrimp, chicken, steak, eggs....OH MY GOD! SO GOOD!
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened * 3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot® * 1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing * 2 cups diced cooked chicken * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Mix in the Ranch dressing, chicken and Cheddar cheese. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. 3. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. If oil collects on the top, dab it off using a paper towel. |

This is called Buffalo Chicken Dip. Here's a link how to turn it into a casserole and one with some variations.

I went to Publix (grocery store) this morning and noticed that they had Buffalo Style chicken breast dip. A 16 oz container was on sale for $3.99. This stuff is great!
