Experiment
We had pounded fried chicken breasts, and I wanted to see which "flour" I liked best, so I breaded one breast in almond flour, one is Instant Mashers By Dixie Diner, and in Bob's Red Mill Baking mix. The #1 was the Instant mashers, #2 was Bob's, and #3 was the almond flour. The #1 was much crispier than #3. Julie

Hmm..sounds great..Now, did you put any liquid on them before you rolled thin in the Instant Mashers? Then did you fry it in oil?? or bake in the oven?

Carolyn, actually I forgot to dip them in an eggwash, but they turned out really good anyway. Next time if my 60 year old brain will work, I will use the eggwash and I did fry them in oil. I'm going to try fish this way Next week. Julie
