Cleo, you are my hero! Pizza Pizza! (PICS!)

O. M. G. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just made my very first LC pizza ever! It tasted just like PIZZA! Lol! It was so much fun to make, and my 4yr old was jumping up and down he was so excited we were finally having pizza! Hahaha! Pizza does not get delivered to our house while mommy is LCing! This was so good I had to take pics! The only thing I will change next time is making my crust thicker. We had to eat it with forks because my crust was too thin. It still tasted exactly like pizza though and you couldn't tell a difference in the crust. My whole family thanks you Cleo!!

Cleo's Zuccini Crust Pizza

Crust out of the oven(Yes! I nibbled the corner!)

Ingredients for toppings

Pizza right before going into the oven!

Pizza right after coming out of the oven!

Pizza 2 seconds before being inhaled!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!! That looks yummy! I'd ask you for a slice but I bet it's all gone! I'm going to have to look up that recipe ASAP.

The Lighter Side of Low-Carb: Zucchini pizza crust recipe

After you make the crust, add toppings a broil for about 8 to 10 min, until everything is melty and crispy! Yum!

That looks fantastic!! I make mine with the cauli crust but Cleo's pizza is definitely one of my low carb faves

Haha, the crust is so good, I always take a nibble out of mine before I put the toppings on.
