Omg. This is so good. I used white chocolate davincis, vanilla pp powder, and special dark cocoa. But had to add some coconut oil to Powdered E in pan as it crystallized so fast on me. CO just added to the yumminess
Thanks so much Ouizoid for this fabulous recipe. |

I just made this with double stuffed cookie protein powder and I hope it sets up because the stuff left in the pan tastes amazing...I will admit my main reason for trying this was to see what happened when I tried to melt erythritol...I am so glad I was curious
![]() Now if I can just figure out how to make an ameretto flavored fudge like they sell at the big sporting stores fudge shops...yum. Last edited by lterry913; 02-13-2013 at 05:22 PM.. |

I've got to try this soon!! It's actually posted in the new sticky thread for fantastic flour mix, I think Ouis used it for a chocolate layer cake she made with her flour mix.
I think I read that this can be made into a vanilla or peanut butter fudge too? Gee I guess we could make all kinds of different flavors using different flavored protein powders and syrups!! |

This may have already been answered but I didn't see it. I want to make this fudge badly! However I do not have dark chocolate powder, I have regular. Will this still work or should I do something to this recipe to offset it? I am no baker...

You may want to add Divincis a little at a time...if to thin the mixture turns out more like frosting...it should be pretty thick...at least that was what I found.

I just tried making this and I fear it did not go well. I used a non-stick pan and melted the E and when I mixed all ingredients together the E stuck to the pan horribly. So I did what I could mixing the rest of the ingredients and poured it into a container but there is caked on E stuck to my pan. I can't chisel it off, well I probably could and ruin my pan.
What might I have done wrong? I melted it, but it never even began to smoke. I am confused. ![]() Thank you, Mindy

Already scrapped this one. Although I did pour what I could into a container and put it into the fridge. We will see how it turns out. I intend to try again, I just wish I knew what happened. Thank you.

Ouzoids fudge recipe makes a great protein bar...I just add davincies until it looks like fudge batter...pour in square container, let cool just long enough to firm a lil...cut it into bars and roll in what ever you want...then refigerate till firm...sooo good.

You can roll them in any crushed nuts while it is still sticky..just cool enough to touch so you don't get burned...I want to try the protein crisps but they quit making the chocolate flavor...any cushed nuts will work.
