bumping this! Made this tonight. I doubled the sauce. I had 6 chicken breasts that I cut into chunks. I used cajun seasoning instead of the onion and chili seasoning. I added some broccoli florets at the end. It was wonderful and so easy! The sauce is awesome!.

Just FYI, in order to cook the chicken in the 8 min. given in the recipe, I have to butterfly the breasts. Or you could flatten them. But an intact chicken breast will need more than the 8 min. I also add a few crushed red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.

Finally made this tonight and we all loved it. I've had this bookmarked pretty much since it was first posted, so I'm glad I finally got around to making it!
My breasts were pretty big, so the cooking time was quite a bit longer than it says. I think I'll just cut it into chunks before cooking next time. I wound up cutting it up anyway for ease of serving with the kids. Very good! |

Finally got around to making this last night - we loved it! I had very large chicken breasts too so I cut them into "tender" sizes. I also sauteed some mushrooms and added them into the sauce, served it over noodles made from Buttoni's dumpling recipe. What a great dinner!

I don't know how I missed this the first time, but I tried it tonight with seven chicken tenders I had, and it was wonderful. I'll be making this again, and yes I wanted to lick the sauce.

I made this a couple of nights ago. Served on Shiritaki noodles. VERY, VERY tasty! I'm planning to make up a bottle of the seasoning mix to have on hand...just for this dish. Thanks, Ginaaaaaa

This chicken dish is one of the easiest and tastiest dishes I've made in a long while. DELISH! I doubled recipe and added sauteed red pep/onions/ broccoli.
Really really good and a keeper. and oh ya, the sauce IS drinkable :x Thank you, Ginaaaa!! |

It wasn't that long ago that I first saw this recipe here and I've made it twice. The first time with coconut cream (all I had on hand and so good) and the second time with regular HWC. DH is a huge fan of that sauce!!!

I registered for this site only so I could comment on this recipe..haha. I found it on Pinterest, and it is seriously one of the best things I have ever eaten. I mean, I am only slightly ashamed to admit I licked the plate when I was finished, it was that good! (Hey, I live alone--I can do what I want where no one sees me!) Carbonara is my all time favorite food, but I don't know...this is very very close to bumping it into second! I think if I could serve them both at once I would. And it was so simple too. I actually made extra of the coating and stored it in a container so next time I want to make it I am ready to go, since I also have cubes of heavy cream in the freezer (I never use a whole carton at a time and hate to waste it). I'm already looking forward to work tomorrow when I take the leftovers....

I served this to company last night over cauliflower puree. They asked for the recipe. It's awfully good and very easy. I used chicken thighs.
