Question about muffin top pans
Hi everyone, I once read on here about a muffin or possibly burger bun made in a muffin top pan. Does anyone remember it and if so, do you have the recipe? Thanks.

Here's what I have been using:
1/2 Cup Flax meal 1 tsp. Baking Powder 2 Large Eggs 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil I put them in my muffin top pan and bake @ 350 for 12 minutes. I usually make two batches at a time. On the first batch, I put the batter in the muffin pan and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then bake them. This causes the buns to rise slightly. For the second batch I put the batter in the muffin pan and immediately put them in the oven. These come out fairly flat. I pair the two batches up to have a top & bottom slice for my "buns". HOTE: These will NOT have the look and texture of regular hamburger buns. |

Check the Recipe stickies at the top and look for Cleochatra's Oopsie Rolls.
