What to do with Truffle Oil?

My mum gave me a small bottle of white truffle oil she picked up at a gourmet shop.

WHAT do you do with this stuff!? I think the idea of it is nice but other than adding it to steamed veggies and maybe scrambled eggs, I can't think of a thing.

That's mostly it, since I have to assume you won't be drizzling it over pasta! LOL
