need a spicy relish recipe
My DH and I bought a spicy relish at a restaurant on vacation last year and it is the best. I looked around online and nothing has really caught my eye. Anyone have a good recipe? We like it HOT, so don't be shy with the spice. Thanks.

Do you mean like a chow chow type thing? I have a recipe for that, it uses a lot of cabbage, red and green peppers, as much "heat" as you want.....

My Asian Grocer sells a really hot pickle. If you could find this you could chop them up to make a hot relish, if this is the kind of relish you are looking for.
From what I can see, the pickles have red pepper flakes all around them. Maybe do that to regular dill pickles and make a relish? ![]() |
