No. Just use it as-is.
I always try to buy the prewashed ones too, Costco has it in 4 pound bags for $10 - organic. Great price for great stuff! |

Thank you Charski, we don't have a Cosco, it cost me almost $12 for not quite 2#, shows you how badly I wanted to try it. If we like it I will get it from Netrition next time, I had just gotten a big order from them and can't do it again this soon..............Ann

I just cooked some and haven't decided what to do with yet Charski. I tasted it with a little butter and I like it, but so far haven't found it cheaper around here, so it may be my first and last bag................. Ann
