I do this as cheese crisps, and just this week have started doing a whole slice as bread. You are right beachguy it works great.
As far as what to cook it on I bought a round silicone mat that fits my microwave glass tray exactly. This works better than parchment in my opinion. I got it at Bed Bath and Beyond, about $7.00 I think. I have had it for two years now. |

I used this cheese nuked crisp to dip in spinach dip last night. I love the idea of trying it as sandwich holdings so I think I'll try it. I do love the Savory flax bread but this could be different.
