Good snack!

I thought I died and went to heaven! I got an 1 1/2 oz of Marscapone cheese and added some SF DaVinci's caramel syrup....mixed it up and HMMMMMMMMMMMMM..... closest thing I have had to a dessert in 5 weeks!

I love this stuff. Here's my strange twist-- I got Lemon SF Jello mix, used a good tablespoon of it, along with a small capful of Vanilla Extract, added a little Cinnamon and nutmeg, and mixed it with a fork 'till whipped and creamy. Oh my. Very Yummy.

Mascarpone is the best. Tiramisu is my favorite thing to make with it. Right out of the container is good too!
