Let me know if you have any questions. If you don't have a crock pot, you can also cook this in the over in an oven-proof pan with a lid, stirring every so often. I'd keep the heat to 275 F or less to prevent the cream from boiling/separating.

Important Notice Regarding Food Photos, Recipes, and Blogs

We have been asked by several LCF members to address their concerns that some members are posting food photos and requiring members to go to another site (such as a blog) to obtain the recipe. Concerns have been noted that this is drawing members away from LCF.

While we understand that bloggers want to attract attention to their site, we also need to address the issue that it is our intention to keep members on LCF.

Therefore, you are welcome to post a photo AND a recipe. You are welcome to include a link to your blog ... the best place is in your signature. However, we ask that you refrain from posting photos and forcing members to go to your blog for the recipe and more information.

LCF is a huge forum with many thousands of members, and we try to handle issues as fairly as possible. We hope you can understand our position on this matter. Our intent is to keep members on the LCF site while recognizing that members do have blogs they would like to share.

Thank you.

Rosethorns, I could not find Cleo's mini bonbons listed in her recipe file, but they are in her Oct. 6 post. If you can't find it from there, I can pist the recipe, because naturally, I copied it. Too delicious looking to resist.

Hi! I'll PM you the recipe. I can't post my recipes to other sites anymore, including this one. They're better left at the original site.

Holy cow, Cleo..you've done it again.

thise bacon beef rolls look like something even EYE can do. Should there not be an 18 or above age limit for this food porn? It all looks so obscenely delicious. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Porny porn porn for Halloween. No recipes necessary, since everyone's seen some of these before. The pizza is the standard zucchini crust pizza. The mini pizzas are oopsie roll based. The jello wigglers have herbal tea as a base. The rest are pretty much obvious. I really love this holiday, so it was so much fun goofing in the kitchen!

I live you! Everyone here rocks hard.

Here are some roasted veggie crackers that I really like. But the picture also contains the standard cheese crackers and flax with a yummy spread that was easy to make with cream cheese and roasted veggies. Induction friendly, high fat and very filling (and crunchy).

Linda-- it really was an epiphany. I was about burned out on crockpot brisket and then it hit me... Thankfully the idea, and not the crockpot (or the brisket).

Vanessa-- Meatballs are so fabulous! Yours look amazing! I had to make a meatball cheese soup today just because. It is perfect for this chilly autumn day.

I love seeing what everyone is making!

Hi Vanessa,

Was looking thru this thread and your meatballs caught my eye and I have some ground beef to use and I'm just starting LC and want to do things right. Well then I noticed you have a blog. It is wonderful. So many great recipes and articles. Thank you so much. This should help as I love to cook.

I love you for saying so. Thank you. I have a hard time choosing, too. My menus tend to be less sexy than the pictures I share. I love a nice rubbed country beef rib, salmon, and meatballs a lot of the time... I only make desserts because friends ask for them most of the time. I hope you plan to share your pictures, too!

YES! You and I are borg. Tonight we had burgers and a salad. Definitely not the kind of bring-on-the-hotness cutting edge sexy for images. I have chicken and salmon planned for the rest of the week. Nothing phenomenal, but it's still good stuff.

After viewing the first few pages in this thread, I decided to make this for my first return to LC meal. It is delish and thank you for the ideas!!

Oh, ground beef, frozen green beans, onion, spices...fried all together. Then added some shredded cheese and bit of mayo and dijon mustard to my bowl.
