Linda's Salsa Chicken, made with rotisserie chicken as a shortcut.

Italian salad mix from Fresh & Easy, with an egg and with the best dressing, Linda's Ranch Dressing.

Carne asada from the neighborhood Mexican market called Rodeo's. THE BEST carne asada there ever was.

Linda's Bacon Beef Rolls, a big favorite.

"French fries" made out of celery root. They look good, but they got soggy. Poops!

Linda's Buttered Almond Crème Brûlée.

Every time I try to make the peanut bread, I fail. Makes me sad

The creme brulee is . I made a batch and subsequently ate it all within a 6 hour period

This is more silly than food porny. Just something you can do with your gluten free, low carb pizza crust (I used my new zucchini crust iteration here).

No, I haven't. I'm kind of on a pumpkin seed kick lately. I have however tried them last year with a mix of pumpkin seeds, cashews and chopped macadamias, which was very good also! Oh and I have previously made them with sunflower seeds too, which I don't like as much for snacking, but love as a crunchy addition on a salad or in a trail mix type snack!

Are you being serious or are you just looking for an excuse to use the smiley?

You did use baking soda instead of baking powder, right?

sh'ya I used baking soda Its usually very oily, and very 'thick' and difficult to eat.

Since im not cool enough to own custard cups I make it in coffee mugs

I thought my pics vanished again. But then they show up a few seconds later. I'm definitely having browser page-loading issues with long pic threads on this site.

Thank you They taste wonderful. Cleochatra, what an ingenious recipe -so simple and so delicious. I can experiment with this - for example, I will add some cocoa and vanilla to the mascarpone, or I can add some strawberry flavoring...

Definitely need to make that chocolate coating thicker around each truffle.
And I love the fact that you use Truvia...excellent - no more guessing of how much I need to use.

I gave one truffle to my neighbor to taste and she was impressed. She wanted me to give her the recipe... I think that's the best recipe a chef can havve.

This was what's for breakfast this morning: spring onions, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, and jalepenos fresh from the garden, scrambled eggs with cheese, and low-carb tortilla crisps. Yum.

My mom went by the rule that you had to have at least three colors on your plate, i.e., sweet potatoes, spinach, and chicken, or salmon, corn, and cole slaw. Her permutations were endless!
