This is my first attempt at posting a pic directly on this site. I reduced it 50%, so I hope it doesn't come out too big still:

I like to spread the one minute muffin batter out into a loaf pan, then cut in half to make to slices of sandwich size bread. I mix it up with different savory seasonings depending on my mood. Garlic powder, oregano & parmesan is a favorite.

There was a group of us that followed Banta- and I mean obsessively followed
Banta. It's much higher fat and we worked our tushies off to figure out how to
keep our fat percentages UP while keeping the calories somewhat reasonable.
This was a number of years ago, but those of us who were participating were
known as Banta Babes. We still refer to ourselves as Banta Babes, or just Babes.

Mud Pie. Only not made with mud. Because we only did that when we were six.

This is a food porn thread, so these look very sexy; unfortunately, they're ganache-covered meatballs that didn't work as the protein bonbons I was shooting for. Still...

One thing I like about you, Cleo, is how you are always thinking outside the box. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. But your mind is surely an incredible thing.

Aw thank you! I accept offered modifier. My brain sometimes gets me into trouble, but it sometimes knows what it's doing. I'm just along for the ride. The meat bonbons were a total facepalm, but I'm glad I tried it! I mean, that's how cauliflower pizza crust and my sweetened, condensed milk substitutes came to be...

I'm posting these recipes next week.

Seems there are quite a few folks from the valley on this board! We might just have to have a PHX get-together one of these days!

I could bring the Key Lime Pie

Hey all. Haven't been here in a long time. Went through some unemployment and got big again. Starting induction all over and back to a routine. I know most of your guys cooking and will enjoy it for weeks to come. I don't really post pics, or come up with anything new, but I can post my daily meals if you guys want me to. But I did want to say HI and thanks for all you do.
