Yep, that is where I found the recipe. About the only thing I use ginger for is Jennifer's Teriyaki Stirfry recipe. For the potstickers, I am partial to topping with a little additional soy sauce.

I got this recipe from the Chinese Brown Gravy thread. It was DELICIOUS! Used Xanthan gum in the sauce and half the amount of cornstarch in the marinade. DH said it tastes like I picked it up from the Chinese restaurant. My carb totals were around 6 per serving.
