Tonight I cooked Chicken mmmmm

Tonight I took a Grilled chicken breast I bought from Sam's fried it in butter with some real bacon bits when the chicken was ready I put the warmed bacon bits on top of the Chicken the I sliced cheddar cheese on top of that til it melted MMMMM then while i was cooking the chicken , In the same pan with that same butter /bacon bits, I fried 1/2 can string beans with 1 tsp mayo. I know sounds weird but it was yummy. I try to do diffent things to not get burned out on the same thing all time.

sounds great MsSweet, similar to LindaSue's Alice Spring Chicken recipie you are only missing the mushrooms. If you haven't already you NEED to check out her site:-

Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Recipes

ETA:- we are having Alice Spring Chicken for dinner tonight . Hubby & DD won't eat mushrooms and I've made there's before with pineapple (hawian chicken). Hubby has finally gotten 100% on board with LC so will try his tonight with capsicum.

that sounds so simple and yummy!
ozdancer gave you the link to the BEST low-carb recipes site (I use it ALL the time!)

another one that came to my mind with your recipe is:
Creamy Southwest Chicken with Chilis (lowcarb) at the Low Carb Diets at About.com - Atkins South Beach and More Low Carb Diets site.

that's the awesome thing ABOUT this WOE...I NEVER get burned out on what I can make cuz there's SO many recipes and different ways to cook things! good luck!

You don't have to find it - anything you see in blue in anybody's post has a link embedded in it, just click on the blue words and it will take you directly to whatever it's talking about - in this case, LindaSue's website in Ozdancer's post and the others from Indychick will take you directly to THOSE links!

Your chicken sounds yummy!
