Grilled Meatloaf Patties
I wanted a meatloaf this evening when I got home but I was starving I didn't want to take time to bake one so I grabbed some ground beef and added some chopped onion and green pepper and patted out patties and cooked them on the George Foreman grill. When they finished cooking I topped each patty with about a tbsp of ketchup. Super fast and it satisfied my meatloaf craving. I added a side of cauliflower mash potatoes and it was delicious. I will definately make this again.

Isn't a grilled meatloaf patty just a burger? hehe.
Sounds good though. |

MAJOR LCF POSTER!

I often make burgers with onions, peppers, mustard, ketchup, parm cheese salt, pepper, worchestershire and an egg or two, depends on how much hamburger I'm using, - all the stuff I put in meatloaf and the burgers are delish, moist, lots of flavor. The ingredients can be changed to suit whatever taste you're craving.
