WOE: Keep It Simple
Start Date: August 2009
OMG! I just had the BEST McMuffin for breakfast!

First I made these WONDERFUL "buns" - I subbed 2 tbl. carbolose flour for the unflavored designer whey.-TO DIE FOR.

Cheesebread Rounds - takeoff on NancyElle's crispy pizza crust - with pics!

I only have one muffin top pan, these smell so wonderful I could hardly resist tearing right into one but I did. Once I cooled them for 5 minutes and moved them to the rack... I resprayed the pan with Pam and cracked an egg into each one... broke the yoke sprinkled with S & P.. popped into the oven for 10 minutes- the results perfect sized baked eggs for my muffin.

While those where cooking I nuked a couple of Jimmy Dean sausage patties.

When the eggs where done, I slattered a little mayo and a little spicy mustard on the muffin added the egg & sausage and MY OH MY FABULOUS.
If I had a slice of tomato I would have thought I died and went to heaven.

Now I need to bake the other six
