What ever happened to Chef Greg?

He used to be on this forum and he was going to make a cookbook out of CarbQuick, and after about 30 pages on the Carbquick tread he dissappered. Did he go the Low Carb Fad way and just dissapear? Julie

I googled chef greg and got 10 choices. All different last names. Do you know his? Try it.

I believe his last name is Prior, and even when he did post here, it was often sporadic as he was so busy with other stuff.

Maybe he just got too busy to visit with us any more!

I found lots of information there. He was Miami based.

His LC cookbook was published in 2003. Amazon has it but one review said that a lot of what was in the book was already posted on line, (probably here). His name is Chef Greg Pryor if anyone cares to look it up.
