Lauren's no cook pomegranate cheesecake

I made this last night for a dinner party and everyone loved it. It was so apprapro as it was pink and this is National Breast cancer awareness month. Really love this recipe. Julie

Thanks for the review. I have been eying the recipe, as I do with all of Lauren's desserts. I have lately been distracted by her Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake, but I definitely want to try this pomegranate cheesecake.
