Strawberry Cheesecake Anybody?

My sweetie invented this sweet low carb delight. Believe me it is delicious.
There is no crust, hence the low carbness. But I don't miss it at all.
She calculated that when the whole cake is divided into eighths that there are 4 carbs per slice.

Sounds like a nice quick and easy recipe and made with things most of us always have on hand. Thanks for the recipe.
